Did any of the crew ever get seasick?
Seasickness did hit some crew members especially towards the end of the journey because at first the seasickness medication worked well. As the body gets used to the medicine, it gets less effective and the seasickness returns.
Crew member, Alessandro Ghidoni, reflects on his own personal experience:
"Surprisingly, I didn't get seasick. Sometimes the boat was rolling hard and everything was moving inside the hull. I had to use the computer quite a few times, which was even worse with a rough sea. But I felt ok all the time. Just luck!"
